The kick-off meeting of the new CBHE project "ELBA: Establishment of training and research centers and Courses development on Intelligent BigData Analysis in CA" takes place on February 27-29 in Spain. The project consortium brings together 14 higher educational institutions from 5 countries: Spain, Italy, Slovenia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
